The idea of Possible Worlds is born of the dynamic Beija-Flor / Civic Alliance for Humanity, a network of networks initiated by Patrick Viveret, several organizations (Collectif Richesse, RECIT, Interaction TP/TS, Colibris, Dialogue en Humanité, France Libertés...) at the Social Forum in Belem in February 2009 and met with leaders of the association Swoord who had initiated a distribution platform since 2004.
